Delivery: because, each of our product is handmade by us upon order, we require 1-3 weeks processing time. We usually dispatch it within two weeks time.

Please note: timber is a natural, organic material and it may exhibit knots and wavy grain pattern. Due to the nature of the item, please allow a tolerance of +/- 6mm. 

Custom, special orders are non returnable and cannot be cancelled once placed due to the custom and made to order processes involved.
