What is your production time?
Most of our pieces are handmade to order. Typical production times are:
- Wood: 3–6 weeks (depending on the season and workshop capacity)
- Ceramics: 2–3 weeks
- Metal: 2–3 weeks
You’ll always receive an update once your order is scheduled and ready to ship.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes up to 6 business days with the courier. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
How do I request a return?
To request a return, please email us at info@lemonreve.com with your order number and a short message. We will guide you through the next steps.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
If your parcel arrives damaged, please:
- Ask the courier to note the damage / create a damage report (if possible), and
- Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged area,
- Email the photos to info@lemonreve.com as soon as possible.
This helps us open a claim with the carrier quickly and secure the best outcome for you.
Do you accept returns on custom / bespoke items?
Because bespoke items are made to your specifications, we do not accept returns on these orders.
The only exception is if the item is damaged in transit — in that case we will support you and open a claim with the carrier.
What happens if a custom item is damaged during transport?
If a custom/bespoke item is damaged in transit, we will:
- Collect the required evidence (photos + courier report if available), and
- Open a claim with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as fast as possible.
How can I place a bespoke / custom order?
For bespoke orders, please email us at info@lemonreve.com with as much detail as possible:
- measurements (width/height/depth),
- sketches or drawings,
- reference photos,
- materials/finish preferences,
- any special details you’d like.
The more detail you share, the quicker we can confirm feasibility, timeline, and pricing.
Can you help me design the right piece?
Yes — absolutely. If you’re unsure about size, layout, or style, we’re happy to help you shape the design and choose the best solution for your space. Just email us your measurements and photos, and we’ll advise.
Do you provide wall fixings / mounting hardware?
For our wooden shelves, we include the required wall fixings as part of the set.
For metal pieces, fixings are not included, as the correct hardware depends on your wall type (brick, plasterboard, concrete).
If you’re unsure what you need, email us a photo of your wall and we’ll recommend the best fixings.
How do I care for wooden pieces?
Our wooden pieces are finished for everyday use. To keep them looking their best:
- wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry immediately,
- avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive sponges,

protect from standing water and direct heat.
If you have any questions about care or refreshing the finish, we’re happy to help.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Each item is handmade from natural materials, so small variations in wood grain, tone, and texture are normal and part of the charm. We always aim for the closest possible match, but no two pieces are identical — that’s what makes yours unique.
Do I pay customs duties / taxes?
Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your delivery country and local regulations. These charges (if any) are determined by customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to advise.
Can I request a specific colour / finish sample?
Yes. If you’d like to confirm a finish or colour before placing an order, please email us at info@lemonreve.com with:
- the product you’re interested in,
- your preferred finish/colour, and
- your delivery country.
We’ll let you know what sample options are available and the best way to proceed.

We work with natural materials and handcrafted finishes — that means every item has its own subtle character, from wood grain to gentle variations in glaze. Below you’ll find simple tips to keep your LeMonRêve pieces beautiful over time.
Wood
Warm, natural and timeless. Solid wood may feature grain, knots and tonal variations — all known and loved signs of real timber.
Care tips
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
For cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately.
Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive sponges and prolonged contact with water.
Keep away from strong heat sources and direct sunlight.
Wipe spills straight away and use coasters for candles or drinks.
Metal
Strong, minimal, made for everyday life. Our metal elements are finished to be durable and easy to care for.
Care tips
Wipe with a soft damp cloth, then dry.
Avoid abrasive pads and strong solvents.
Take care with sharp objects to prevent scratches.
For wall-mounted pieces, always use suitable fixings for your wall type.
Ceramics
Handmade charm in every piece. Expect gentle variations in tone, glaze and texture — that’s what makes each item unique.
Care tips
Hand-wash recommended to protect the glaze.
Avoid sudden temperature changes (thermal shock).
Do not use abrasive sponges or harsh detergents.
Handle with care on hard surfaces.
