Please Note
This is a bespoke version of our Julien shelf, created according to the customer's requested dimensions and specifications, as illustrated in the accompanying technical drawing.

The shelves will have a full usable depth of 25 cm, excluding the back panels. The back panels are accommodated within the 28 cm depth of the top element.

Each shelf is handcrafted from natural solid oak, so slight variations in grain, tone and texture are part of its unique character and should not be considered imperfections.

Lead Time
Each piece is carefully handcrafted to order. Our standard production time is approximately 2–4 weeks; however, bespoke and customised orders may require additional manufacturing time due to their individual specifications and complexity.

Delivery
Due to the size and weight of this bespoke piece, special delivery arrangements are required.

The agreed additional delivery charge to Portugal is €120.

Returns & Refunds
As this item is specially handcrafted to the customer's individual measurements and specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights in the event of a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item.

Our pieces are crafted from natural solid wood. Grain, knots and gentle colour variation are part of its charm.

Care tips

  • Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Clean with a slightly damp cloth, then dry immediately.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive sponges and prolonged contact with water.
  • Keep away from strong heat sources and direct sunlight.
  • Use coasters and wipe spills straight away.

Delivery & Returns

Each piece is handmade to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for crafting and dispatch. Please note that custom and bespoke units may take a little longer than our standard designs.

Wall fixings are included as standard for solid walls such as brick or masonry. For other wall types, we recommend checking with a local professional for suitable fixings.

Custom and personalised orders are non-returnable. Standard items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
